3 min · Body and somatic · Guided in the CalmShield app
What it walks you through
You will tense one area, then let it go.
Hands: make soft fists, then open them.
Shoulders: lift them, then let them drop.
Face: scrunch it gently, then let it smooth.
Stomach: draw it in slightly, then let it be soft.
Feet: press them down, then let them rest.
In the app
Each step has what it needs: a timer, a tap counter or a breath pacer. Listen mode reads the steps aloud. At the end you can mark whether it helped, and the app suggests what to try next.
