Why this helps: A finishable spatial task holds attention in the grid, which leaves less room for a looping worry.
Grounding games are supportive tools, not emergency care. If you are in danger or cannot stay safe, use crisis resources.
Why this helps
A finishable spatial task holds attention in the grid, which leaves less room for a looping worry.
Why a path puzzle can settle a racing mind
Flow Connect asks for one kind of attention: where does this colour go, and what space is left. That is concrete and finishable. You do not have to feel calm first. The board just needs the next cell.
No fail state
A crossed line is not a mistake that costs you the level. It lifts, and you redraw. Undo and restart are free. The pull to come back is the next board and the threads you have already kept, not a streak.
When to play it
Use it when you want something absorbing for a few minutes, between tasks, or while a wave is easing. If panic is at its peak and planning a path feels impossible, switch to a body-first tool. If you are unsafe, use crisis resources.
